This session covers various aspects of owning versus leasing real estate and equipment for a practice. We will also discuss how to prepare your practice for transition, either by merger or acquisition.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Describe the ways to interact with the purchase or lease of real estate and equipment for their practice.
Identify the differences in ways real estate and equipment can be utilized to further the best interest of a practice owner(s).
Prepare a plan to transition a practice in an acquisition or merger with another group and be able to recognize the steps that should be considered before embarking on finding a suitor.
