Have you ever wondered why members of your team don’t seem to “get along” very well and you’re at a loss on how to fix it? This highly interactive session will focus on understanding our own personality type, communication style and how we interact with others. We will use the PACE™ Color Pallet assessment to discover our personality type or “PACE™ Color” and learn how to recognize other’s personality types. You will gain insight into how to adapt to different interpersonal behaviors, positively impact your team’s communication, and build a stronger, effective team. This session is ideal for trainees, clinicians, medical educators, mentors and staff of all levels.
