The goal of this session is to discuss universal Leadership habits, mainly as they pertain to physicians and the health care setting. We'll go through books, literature and podcasts that describe what it means to be a leader, and how to build your foundation of leadership skills. The ultimate goal is to develop yourself as a leader, have the ability to create a positive work environment, so that others can succeed.
