DESCRIPTION

Open admission to eligible categories, no tuition or ticket

Increasing productivity, administrative, and regulative demands and the added stress of the pandemic has made attaining “work-life balance” less and less realistic for physicians, including dermatologists. Reform is needed at national and institutional levels to address this, but time management strategies offer a sense of autonomy and control, and can help ensure you are using the time you have the most intentionally.

In this session, a panel of dermatologists from various practice settings will offer practical time management tips, including efficiency tips for clinic, using technology for efficiency, and utilizing mindfulness as a time management tool.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

1.

Discuss tips and strategies to maximize time efficiency at home and in clinic.

2.

Explore the concept of mindfulness to maximize productivity in and outside of work.
