In this session attendees will learn about essential skills that will enable them to thrive in practice. This session will include discussions around effective management of practice culture, incorporating teledermatology into a practice, and how to create and promote a diverse practice. There will also be a discussion regarding essential components of documentation in order to build and maintain a thriving practice. The session will also include time for audience members to pose their own questions to speakers regarding practice management.
