Creating a positive work environment for your team and department is essential today and is one of the best ways to ensure your team is productive, engaged and can perform at their best. This interactive session will address the key attributes of a positive work environment, leadership, building trust, collaboration, safety, risk-taking, support, accountability and many other habits and traits of Leadership in Healthcare. Both classic and new innovative strategies for creating a positive environment will be outlined that can apply to any practice type or leadership position.
