The cosmetic repair of a surgical wounds is a skill that is learned through shared experience. The leaders of this session will educate the audience on suturing techniques, flaps, grafts and innovative wound healing.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Demonstrate the fundamentals of wound closures including flaps and grafts.
Describe the geometric dynamics of different flap designs.
Incorporate innovative methods of wound closure that will improve the cosmetic results and healing outcomes for their patients.
