Interesting cases in dermatopathology, surgical dermatology, complex medical dermatology and pediatric dermatology collected from the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics are presented to highlight everyday practice "pearls" for the general dermatologist. This activity has been approved by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD) for up to 10 Continuous Certification Program (CCP) Component 2 Self-Assessment points.
