Frontal fibrosing alopecia (FFA) is a relatively newly described disease which is now commonly seen in medical dermatology and hair disease clinics. This session will review the current landscape of what we know about frontal fibrosing alopecia. Treatment algorithms for patients with newly diagnosed and those with extensive burnt out disease will be discussed. The session will conclude with the introduction of new technologies to treat and monitor patients as well as tools to address patient expectations.
