For any of our attendees in need of mobility assistance please contact registration@aad.org at least 5 days PRIOR to the meeting, to ensure that a scooter will be available at the Convention Center.

Pick up and return, is the sole responsibility of the attendee.

Scooter pick up & Return is located at the Lost and Found in Lobby D behind the escalators. Hours of availability: -Friday, 3/8 7:00am-5:30pm -Saturday, 3/9 7:00am-5:30pm -Sunday, 3/10 6:30am-5:30pm -Monday, 3/11 7:00am-5:30pm -Tuesday, 3/12 7:30am-12:30pm
